Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be issued for ocean trips if ocean conditions
prevent a trip from going. 5 Star Charter's decision is final.
Customer cancellations made with more than 30 days' advance notice
will be given a full refund. Cancellations made fewer than 30 days
before your trip date will not be refunded. Please be aware of
your lodging's cancellation policies as they may not coordinate with
our trip scheduling.
Upon receipt of your trip confirmation email, please reply to 5 Star
Charters with your agreement of these terms in order to finalize
your booking.
