Customer cancellations made with more than 30 days'
advance notice will be given a full refund less any
booking/processing fees. Cancellations made fewer than 30 days
before your trip date will not be refunded.
Your booking with 5 Star Charters signifies that you agree with our
waiver and cancellation policy.
You will be fully responsible for the cost of rods,
reels, tackle, and gear due to misuse, abuse, loss, and/or damage.
We use the best and most suitable gear for these types of fishing
and it is not inexpensive. Please ask about expected replacement
costs in case of damage or loss.
An Oregon Fishing License is required to fish.
Please purchase your fishing license either
ONLINE or at a licensed agent prior to your trip. For
ocean trips, you will also need to be sure to add an Ocean
Endorsement ($4 daily or $9 season).
